Welcome to our Mandalay Bay Pool & Lagoon Area. Our property is a development of MGM Resorts
International. We are located at the South End of the Las Vegas Strip a short distance from the corner of
Tropicana and Las Vegas Blvd., fast becoming the busiest corner in the World.
The Mandalay Bay pool area has been named “one of the sexiest” hotel pools by Conde Nast Traveler
Magazine and one of the top hotel pools in Forbes Magazine. The 11-acre tropical water environment
comprised of sand-and-surf beach, lazy river, three swimming pools and a jogging track. The wave pool is
comprised of more than 1.6 million gallons of water, measures 41,178 square feet and its waves can reach
up to 5 feet high – enough to body surf! There are 8 Private bungalows and 20 Cabanas – are available to
reserve for the day, they include a variety of snacks, drinks, television and pool attendant. A variety of
beachside dining includes Border Grill, Surf Café and the Beach Bar & Grill – as well as personal cocktail
service (flags). Beach area has more than 1,700 tons of sand brought in from Southern California. The
lazy river is 3.25 feet deep and carries guests around at a comforting pace of 2 mph. Giant firepots shoot
flames 15-20 feet high. The most unique concert venue in town can be found at Mandalay Beach. Since
the summer concert series began with 3 acts in 1999, it has grown to more than 15 performers per
summer. Mandalay Beach has become a multi-purpose facility by hosting such classic performers as: The
Beach Boys, Chris Isaak, Toto, Heart, Meat Loaf and Hall & Oates.
Directions
From I-15, take the Russell Rd. Exit and proceed East to Las Vegas Blvd.
