Thompson Leisure Guide – 2016-2017
GREETINGS FROM THE MAYOR
On behalf of the City of Thompson, I would like to encourage you to look through the annual

The City of Thompson is proud of the community facilities which include TRCC and UCN

pride in our facilities.
It is vital to take the time and invest in our health and wellness. I encourage everyone living or
visiting Thompson to take a moment out of your busy schedule to enjoy the events/activities
within our recreation facilities and the variety of programs available. There is definitely
something for everyone.

time to get their confidence and balance on the ice. Skaters in the Pre-Canskate program can be of
any age and skaters who need to work on the seven basic skills to ready them for Stage 1 of
