Janmor 700 is a small, fully functional and family-type houseboat designed in CE-C
category where comfort was our main priority. Despite the small size, the boat looks really
spacious since the cockpit and the big wheelhouse are located on one level, thanks to
which there is only one big room divided by glass sliding door.
Additionally, panoramic windows allow to watch the surroundings and the whole crew may
be together, irrespective of the weather.
In the wheelhouse, apart from the helmsman chair, there is a kitchenette with a sink, a
cooker, a fridge, as well as cupboards and drawers. On the left-hand side of the
wheelhouse there is a dining space with a table; lowering a table top gives us additional
sleeping space.
Under the wheelhouse’s floor, there are two banks for 2 persons and a spacious bathroom
with the possibility to install a toilet, either a chemical or a sea toilet (electric one).
Thanks to a big water and fuel tank you may be independent for one week.
The yacht may be propelled with an outboard engine (Command Thrust recommend) or an
inboard engine. Regardless of the engine, sailing is very economical and pleasant since the
specially designed hull, apart from the keel strip, has two side keels improving the directional stability and manoeuvrability. A shallow draught allows approaching every water shore.
For sailing Janmor 700 no motor boat license is required.
