Working as a group, complete a map of the island described in “The Most
Dangerous Game.” You may use colored pencils, markers, and crayons, etc. The map
is to be completed by the end of class on Friday. Maps will be presented in class on
Monday.
This assignment will take more time than you realize, so be sure to divide the
work and budget your time. (Example: assign different people to look up different
features to be highlighted on the map, another student can put together the key,
another can begin drawing the actual map, another can work on the assignment
sheet, etc.)
Listed below are the elements necessary for a complete map. Some locations
are stated in the story, while others you must place where you think they belong.
Have fun and be creative.
