Picnic Beverage Packages
Great Blue Heron Catering offers Beer and Wine Service at select park locations
throughout NOVA Parks. Picnic Beverage Packages is a four (4) hour service with
last call 15 minutes prior to the scheduled end time and comes with appropriate
disposable drink ware, ice and trash removal. Packages are based on a
consumption basis and a prepaid deposit account is required prior to the event date
for alcohol and a minimum of $250 will be assessed to all groups.
Client to specify alcohol selections no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

Carnival Add-On Services
Great Blue Heron Catering offers a variety of add-on dessert options to help make
your event memorable. The Carnival Add-On Services are available for a 2 hour
service and require an existing full service catering menu. Additional Carnival
Add-On Services available upon request. Be sure to check out our Park Street Eats
Food Truck Offerings as well. Carnival Add-On Services are not available at all
