transformed food products for the local and international markets.Our products compete against products from
India, Pakistan, Thailand, South Africa, UK and Mexico. Today, Khilesh Co Ltd is the only pickles and spices producing
company to be HACCP Certified in Mauritius. The exotic fruits and vegetables are carefully harvested, selected and
processed to guarantee a good quality and tasty products for consumers, which translate our aim of being quality
conscious.
Having started the ball rolling on the local market, we then concentrated all our energy in order to be able to export
our products on the international market. We are supplying our products in our brand “A-one Food” and also in
private label to customers in France, Switzerland, Australia, Luxembourg and England.

Saveurs Vegetales Ltee’ was set up in October 2012 to take over the business activities of snack food processing of
V.I.K.S Enterprise Ltd which was going to cease operations. Since then lots of efforts were made to restructure the
business in terms of renovation and maintenance of building/ equipment and implementation of the HACCP and
Halal Certifications. At the same time investments were made in purchasing new processing automated equipment
and together with our available space render us very well equipped for mass production. More investments are
planned subject to new orders.
We are currently exporting samoussa, spring roll, samoussa pastry “bonbon piment” amongst others in bulk to our
clients in Reunion Island. We are launching our own brand “SARIVA” with new packaging so as to explore new
markets, both foreign and local.
We are presently working at around only 25% of our normal capacity with 10 employees.
