Shri Pracash P. Borcar, a ca.ndidate recommended by Union
Public Service Commission, is temporarily appointed on probation to the post of ASSiBtant Engineer (Electrical) in

14-1-1971 on an initial pay of Rs. 350/- p. m. or according

and Diu notification No. EEGjEMI/2/09 dated 11-3-69 and
in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Employment Ex:change's (compulsory notification of vacancies)
Act, 1959 (31 of 1959) the Lieutenant Governor of Goa,
Daman and Diu hereby preseribes Shri S. R. Arya, I.A.S.
Commissioner, Labour and Employment, Government of Goa,
Daman and Diu as the Officer by or with whose sanction a
prosecution for an offence under the said 1959 Act canotbe
instituted.
2. For removal of doubt it is made clear that the Collectors of the District of Goa and Daman and the CivN Al(}ministrator, Diu shall cease to be the Officers prescribed under
the said section 8 of Act 31 of 1959.
