We held an evening party on
June 10 at the Borneo Baruk Club,
a night spot along Jalan Kia Peng,
Kuala Lumpur, in honour of our 2010
winners. Our newly anointed boss
Mark Hobson, Asia Regional Manager,
Fairfax Business Media, was at the event
to hand over the trophies to representatives
of this year’s champion organisations of
customer care. Their pictures alongside key

and customer satisfaction their companies
