About Amy Remmele
Amy Remmele, owner of Peak of Success, is the Psych-cess coach, balancing sound psychological
lessons with business success principles. As a counselor and coach, Amy works with people who are in
difficult or challenging relationships, with professionals who want to stand out and make a mark and sell
their products or services, with sales people who want to improve their performance, with business owners
who want to maximize their selling potential, and with couples or partners who want to create unsinkable
relation-SHIPs. As a consultant, trainer and speaker, Amy works with business owners who want all of
their relationships to be an asset and who want everyone in the organization to internalize the company’s
sales and marketing strategies to create the best image. She believes that communication and relationship
management are the foundations for success.
Amy’s book, Chief Life Officer: Your Life Is The Most Important Business You’ll Ever Own
(CLO), uses business as a metaphor of life, outlining people’s inner “departments” and how they function
best through an authentic, shared mission. From mapping out a “business plan” and goals for life, through
communication and relationship creation, to maintaining and accessing support systems, CLO enables the
reader to ask, and answer, life’s vital questions.
Amy wrote the chapter, “Great Communication Will Keep Your Relation-SHIPs From Sinking,”
for the best-selling book Game Changers. Amy also co-authored, with Dr. Kent Bath, the book, Re-Phrase
It: Adding Empathy and Emotional Intelligence to Your Everyday Life, and the relationship workbook,
Empathy, Communication and Conflict Resolution Home Study Program.
Amy writes a monthly column for and serves as the column editor for the After 50 News. She also
writes columns for the newsletters of the Buffalo Niagara chapter of the National Association of Women
Business Owners (NAWBO) and for Western New York Psychotherapy Services.
Amy is a graduate of the UB CEL program and she serves on the boards and committees of several
non-profit organizations in Western New York. She balances her career with being the mother of a
daughter in college and fifteen-year-old twin sons.
About Joseph P. Zannoni, LCSWR
Joe Zannoni, Executive Director of WNY Psychotherapy Services, specializes in the
treatment of adolescents whose path towards individuation has resulted in family conflict,
school difficulties, or substance abuse. He also provides treatment for depression, anxiety,
marital conflict, trauma, dissociation and grief in adults. He also has extensive experience in
the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in veterans and those who have
developed PTSD as a result of other traumatic events.
Joe has worked with couples for over 25 years, with a strong focus on
communication and recognizing, understanding and adjusting to individual differences and
styles between the couple. Joe believes that respect and the honoring and celebrating of
differences is of the utmost importance in couples because these differences are often what
enhances the relation-SHIP.
Being a business owner and director has given Joe a unique perspective on the
management of partners and conflicts among partners. Joe understands that a marriage or
partnership is like owning a business together, where when each person puts the welfare of
the “corporation” first, everyone benefits.
