Box 12272, Seattle, WA 98102 and reference your order number or “Smart Buys” on your check. Once the payment is processed, the order will be released to you for pick-up or shipment. 5. First come, first served. If you have not paid for the product within 5 business days, it will not be held for you. Terms & Conditions These terms and conditions are subject to change and modification; please re-read each time you place an order. The purpose of the Smart Buys Program is to offer Northwest Harvest partner food banks and meal programs savings on product they purchase by accessing the Northwest Harvest truckload purchasing power for lower costs. Product offered through the Smart Buy Program is supplemental to product provided through our regular distribution system. We will never offer product for purchase as a substitute for our regular distribution items. Participating programs will pay exactly the price Northwest Harvest is charged by the vendor, with no fees added by Northwest Harvest for transportation, handling or storage. For this reason, all order requests must meet or exceed the minimum quantity requirement, with no exceptions. The program has been developed as a “PAY-IN-ADVANCE” system. No product will be released from the Northwest Harvest warehouse until exact payment in full has been received at: This product will not displace regular loads on Northwest Harvest delivery trucks. Ideally, we would like programs to pick the product up at our warehouses, but if established delivery routes are already in effect it MAY be possible to negotiate an agreement. The partner program ordering the Smart Buy item is ultimately responsible for picking-up the product. Northwest Harvest will not provide long-term storage/warehousing. Important: Bounced checks will result in payment of bank fees. Failure to pick -up product in a timely manner may result in the return of your payment and forfeiture of this order. When the order is released you will be instructed to contact our warehouse for pick-up. Returns will not be accepted unless prior written consent from Northwest Harvest is authorized. Products are returnable within thirty days of purchase, and will only be accepted if the packages have not been opened and are in the original condition as delivered. Northwest Harvest will not accept items that have been tampered with or damaged. All items must be returned at the expense of the partner program. Partner Programs are responsible for returning products to Northwest Harvest warehouses. If Northwest Harvest picks up the returned items, a handling fee for transportation, fuel, and labor will be assessed.
