Introduction
Thank you for purchasing a Pantheon Catering Equipment product.
In this booklet you will find instructions for safe operation so please
read carefully and retain for future reference. The pizza oven boasts
such features including: an inner hollow plate ensuring perfect pizza
taste, independent temperature control of each deck and solid
construction for reliable durability.
Warnings and Precautions
The following warnings and precautions are important and must be
observed:

High temperatures can cause burns. When this machine is in
use and shortly before or after use, take care not to touch the
door and the inside of this machine directly to avoid risk of
burns.
Ensure the voltage requirement of the appliance is consistent
with that of the power supply.
Refrain from using sharp objects within the oven, to avoid
unnecessary damage and scratches.
If the power cord becomes damaged, to avoid accidents, seek
the help of a qualified engineer.
Do not open the oven door to take food out while the oven is
switched on to avoid accidents. (Please do this only after
switching off the power).
Ensure there are no flammable products in the vicinity of where
the oven will be used.
Ensure there are no obstructions in front of the oven, which may
restrict the movement of the oven doors.

Operating Instructions
1. Ensure the product is turned on, the set the desired
temperature using the temperature knob.
2. When the temperature reaches the required level, open the
door and place the pizza into the chamber to cook.
3. When the pizza is cooked, it is advised firstly to turn the oven
off, before removing the pizza.
4. After all cooking is finished, please turn off the power switch
and cut off the power supply.
Maintenance
Cleaning
Prior to cleaning, ensure the unit is turned off and disconnected from
the power supply. Only use a damp cloth to clean the relevant sections
of the oven, ensuring to avoid any corrosive cleaners or harsh
chemicals.
Troubleshooting
