Installing the Bale Ramp on processors with Square Bale Forks
1. Mount the large Bale Ramp to the Bale Fork Frame using four 1/2”x 5” U-bolts x 6” lg and stover lock
nuts on the upper portion and 1/2”x 4” U-bolts x 3” lg and serrated flange nuts on the lower portion. Make
sure the Ramp is centred on the fork frame. See Fig. 1.
2. Install the small Bale Ramp on the Fork Frame Extension using four 1/2”x 5” U-bolts x 6” lg and stover
lock nuts on the upper portion, a 1/2”x 3” U-bolt x 6” lg and serrated flange nuts and two 1/2”x 1 1/2”
bolts and serrated flange nuts on the lower portion. Make sure the Ramp does not contact the tire.
