In an effort to help ensure children do not go hungry when school is closed for the weekend,
CCCC is collaborating with Communities in School of Chatham and Lee County along with Buddy
Backpacks of Harnett County. This partnership will provide weekend backpacks stuffed with
kid friendly non-perishable items. To help support their efforts a food drive will take place
campus wide during the month of October.
If you would like to help please consider donating kid friendly, non-perishable food items like:

Cup of Soup
Oodles of Noodles
Juice Boxes
Pop-Tarts
Cereal Bars
Fruit cups
Applesauce
Pudding
Granola Bars

Peanut Butter
Peanut Butter crackers
Cereal individual boxes as well as “family sized”
