Dear Parents,
I am trying desperately not to bombard you with emails so I am putting below a few reminders.
But first let me give you the winning ticket number for the hamper raffle. It is green 495 so if you have
this ticket, please come and collect your hamper from the school office as soon as possible.
Reminders:
There is a musical assembly on Monday at 9.15am. Parents are very welcome to come and watch the
short performances from Choir, Year 2 Recorder Club and Class 1B playing the ocarina. The assembly
should last no more than 20 minutes and is a chance for the children to showcase some of the music
they have been learning over the last term.
There will be a cake stall at the front of school on Tuesday afternoon with cakes provided by Reception
class parents.
Cycling Proficiency starts on Wednesday for Year 4 children (see separate letter).
The leavers’ assembly will take place at 1.30pm on Friday – all are welcome.
Please remember that if your child currently has milk you will need to re-register before the start of next
term. Current Reception children will need to be registered at www.coolmilk.com as their free milk
finishes in July.
Finally dinner money for next term is as follows (please remember that next year’s Reception, Y1 and Y2
year groups will have free meals):
Half-term 1 to October: 8 weeks @ 9.50 minus two training days @1.90 = 72.20
Half-term 2 to Christmas: 7 weeks @ 9.50 =66.50
Total for the term: 138.70
The price of a school meal has not risen for some time so there is always the possibility that there could
be an increase. We will let you know if this is the case.
