Internet Browser Settings
Your Institution has incorporated Tk20, Inc. into its Learning Management System (LMS) (e.g.,
Blackboard, Canvas, Angel, Moodle, etc.). Tk20 is assessment software which assists your College or
University in measuring student learning. When you log into your LMS account, to submit an assignment
(students) or evaluate a student submission (faculty), you are accessing Tk20 coursework through the
LMS. If you are experiencing issues accessing or submitting your work, please try the following:
Update your Internet Browser
Are you using the most current version of an internet browser? (e.g., current version of Google Chrome,
Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer). You may not be able to upload a document, or even submit
the assignment, due to using an outdated internet browser. Tk20 recommends and fully supports the
latest two versions of the following browsers:
† Chrome - http://googlechromereleases.blogspot.com/
† Firefox - http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/releases/
† IE - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/download-ie
† Safari - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1222

Check your Browser Settings:
Also check that your internet browser is set to “Accept” or “Allow” Third Party Cookies. This is usually
done in the preferences or security settings of your browser.
Additional Tips:
† Do not use Safari browsers on PCs. Safari no longer supports updates for PC machines
