The PDR year runs from 1st August to 31st July, during which there is at least one formal discussion reviewing the preceding 12 months.
Please note:
This PDR document is to be drafted by the Reviewee and submitted to the Reviewer one week in advance of the review discussion. Following the review, the
Reviewee amends the document to reflect the discussion and sends to the Reviewer for a summary comment. Both parties then sign off. The Reviewee has the
responsibility for taking forward agreed commitments and actions; the Reviewer is responsible for any specific actions they have agreed to undertake.
