In :oeply to your letter of September 16th I must say that
I have no bowled.e of any further visits to Moscow in the near future.
I have been to Uoscow twice durin. the course of the past
year and 1 came to know Mias Kaplan very weU. 1 can see no reason
why the books that you mention cannot be sent to her by re.ular post. 1
constantly receive books from the Soviet Union and 1 have aleo sent reprints
and books to my friends there.
Unless the books you intend to send are
likely to be on the censor's liat of the U. S. S. R. there should be no problem
in aendin. them throUlh the regular mails.
