After setting the standard in valve operation and safety for the
past fifty years, Roto Hammer is pleased to offer a NEW product:
The NEW Chucket, a chain storage bucket to improve safety in facilities using
overhead, suspended chain in conjunction with chain wheel operators. The Chucket
holds overhead chain within easy reach and frees the pathway beneath, eliminating
the safety hazard and hassle presented by suspended chain.

• Hangs just overhead, allowing for easy access/
operation but preventing the safety hazard
posed by multiple dangling lengths of chain
that obstruct the pathway in a facility

Installation: Gather the chain into bucket and hook the
retaining pin into a chain link at the desired height.
The pathway beneath the valve is now free from
obstruction and the safety hazard of hanging chain.
Operation: Grasp the handle and release the Chucket device
with a simple, downward pull. This will allow the chain to
unfold from the bucket and back down into its original, hanging
position. The user is now free to operate the valve. After the
chain has been used for valve operation, gather the chain back
into the Chucket and hook the retaining pin into a chain link
at the desired height, once again leaving the pathway clear
and unobstructed.

Installation: Gather the chain into bucket and hook the
retaining pin into both chain links at the desired height.
Close the hasp and install the Lockout/tagout. The valve is
now protected from unauthorized access and operation.
