HOW TO SELECT A DRESSFORM SIZE
1. Take your body measurements.
2. Compare your body measurements to size
ranges of the dressform body types.
3. Select dressform with adjustment ranges
that include your body measurements. You
can always expand your dressform to your
body size, but you can
never make it smaller.

HOW TO TAKE YOUR
BODY MEASUREMENTS
1. Ask a friend to take your body
measurements.
2. Record measurements on the chart.
Wear the shoes and undergarments
you normally wear.
3. Pull the tape measure snugly, but not
too tightly, around the fullest part of
each body area being measured.

NECK __________ . Measure around
base of neck.
BUST __________ . Measure straight
across widest part of back, under arms
& across fullest part of bust.
WAIST __________ . Tie narrow cord
around waist. Bend from side to side
to find natural waistline. Measure
natural waistline.
HIPS __________ . Measure around
fullest part, usually 7"-9" below waist.
BACK WAIST LENGTH __________.
Measure from prominent bone at base
of neck to natural waistline.
FULL BODY LENGTH/HEIGHT
__________ . Begin at center back,
measure from natural waistline to the
floor; add waist length measurement.
