In celebration of the rich and diverse literary tradition of Mayo and beyond these
Literary Holidays offer a unique experience in a relaxed setting. We will contemplate
writers as diverse as George Moore of Moore Hall and Thomas Flanagan “The Year of
the French.” Whether you are an avid reader or budding author you will have an
opportunity to share your stories, make new friends and explore the landscape that has
inspired many authors. Where possible we will introduce new and lesser known
writers. A literary experience at Hotel Westport is not one you should miss! We look
forward to welcoming you to one of our Literary Experiences!
*Midweek Literary Experience includes
• Accommodation with full Irish breakfast each morning
• 4-Course Dinner each evening (Sun – Thurs inclusive)
