Boys and girls will be separated for games
and stations and broken up into two or

Tomorrow’s Stars Cancellation Insurance
For an additional $35, cancellation insurance can be added to your registration. Our cancellation
insurance entitles you to a full cash refund of all camp fees paid to Tomorrow’s Stars at the time
of cancellation. Note that the $35 dollar cancellation fee is non refundable. To receive a full cash
refund, you must email [email protected] no later than five days before the start of camp.
There will be no exceptions to this deadline. Refunds will be sent by 8/30/17.
Tomorrow’s Stars General Cancellation Policy
If you cancel camp for any reason, you will be charges a $50 dollar administration fee. You will
receive a credit voucher for all monies paid to Tomorrow’s Stars less the $50 dollar administration
fee. The credit voucher is valid towards any Tomorrow’s Stars camp/clinic fee through 2017 and
transferable to any family member. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to
[email protected]. Cash refunds will only be issued with the purchase of Tomorrow’s
Stars camp insurance.

Tomorrow’s Stars Inc. of any and all responsibility for injury or illness. I hereby authorize the directors
of Tomorrow’s Stars to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical
attention. I also understand that I am solely responsible for the payment of any such medical expenses
and must provide the clinic with proof of medical and accident insurance.
