CORPORATE DONATION POLICY
Commonwealth Fairs and Events, Inc. values the opportunity to support community groups and nonprofits in the marketing area which it serves. While we
do not make cash donations, we may do limited ticket donations for the signature events held at The Meadow Event Park: The State Fair of Virginia, Virginia
Horse Festival, and Illuminate Light Show. The following parameters apply:


Eligibility is limited to 501 © 3 organizations and/or civic groups or clubs with a valid Tax Exempt ID (We do not accept requests from individuals).
Priority will be given to organizations located within Caroline County, however, we will consider other geographic areas if they are within twentyfive miles of the property.

We do not make donations to political events or organizations that are not aligned with our corporate image, and we reserve the right not to fulfill
requests.

Our areas of interest include youth and family development, plus agriculture and food supply initiatives.

Requests must be made using this form and must be made no less than one month in advance of the event.
