Mabel reported that at the end of August the club had a balance of $19083.20 with $662.88 in expenses
and $630.84 in receipts for the month. At the end of September the club had a balance of $9306.56. There
was $102.23 in expenses and receipts of $536.60. The balance at the end of October was $19740.23.

Trial manager’s report
James reminded the meeting that the 2017 trial will be held on Werriwa’s grounds at Warwick Farm on
1 July. The club will use Werriwa’s equipment which will be checked early in the New Year.
Property officer’s report
Andrew advised that the current value of stockholdings was $2457 with sales totaling $127 since the last
meeting.

General business
The constitution has been submitted to the Department of Fair Trading. Kathleen will clarify with
Dogs NSW about the clause relating to the club having 15 members who must be financial members of
Dogs NSW.
The Xmas party will be held on 5 December with the usual BBQ and games including dunking for biscuits,
slalom, musical mats and fancy dress. Andrew to organise music. The presentation will follow the games.
Mabel will contact the Pink Diamond to find out if they have a date available for the instructors’ dinner.
