Tour includes: International air out of Newark, departure taxes and fuel surcharges, tips to guide, driver and dining room waiters, and group travel insurance. It does not include border taxes, visas or items of a personal nature.
Cancellation Policy: $200 per person charge if cancelled once booked plus any applicable air/hotel penalties. $300
per person plus any additional air/hotel penalties if cancelled 60-31 days before departure. 100% penalties apply
if cancelled 30 days or less before departure.
Affinity Excursions LLC and SHAW Jewish Federation act only as agents for the tour participants in arranging hotels,
transportation, touring, restaurants or any other service related to the itinerary. We will exercise reasonable care in
making these arrangements. However, we do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity to any person because of an act of default of any hotel, airline carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour. The right is reserved to cancel or alter the itineraries,
accommodations, speakers, operations staff or to substitute comparable service without notice. The right is reserved
to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any group should such person’s health or general behavior
impede the operation of the tour to the detriment of the other tour passengers. Additional expenses, if any, shall be
borne by the passenger/s.
