MESA treated turf is often described as being
deeper green than turf fertilized with other
products. This brilliant color is associated with
the ammonium sulfate content. The patented
MESA formulation provides ammonium sulfate in
a form that does not stimulate excessive growth
and reduces burn potential.
University tests have shown that MESA will
deliver excellent turf while producing fewer
clippings than turf fertilized with sulfur-coated
urea products.
Since MESA is a combination of ammonium
sulfate and LebanonTurf’s highly efficient
methylene urea, more of the nitrogen applied
