ronychia, however, comes in among the P H Y M A T A ; and the Pres­
sura and Arctura of Linnaeus are species, only, of that genus, as
the Pernio is of the Erythema in the same system. The first six
genera of this order are classed, in Cullen's system, under Ulcer a;
the Caries is a distinct genus; the Anthrocace, Paronychia, and
Pernio rank under Phlogosis; and the others are omitted.
