Industrial ammonia is used for a wide variety of applications in
varying quantities. Airgas Specialty Products offers premium grade
anhydrous ammonia cylinders from ten strategically located
facilities across the US, as well as bulk deliveries from 23 locations.
Common applications for industrial ammonia include heat treating
processes such as nitriding, sintering, carburizing and furnace
brazing. Ammonia is also used as a refrigerant, in pH
neutralization, chemical manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and even
water treatment.
When you use more than ammonia
In any application, you can count on Airgas Specialty
Products for 99.995% pure ammonia. Our cylinder
specifications meet or exceed purity requirements for
refrigeration and metallurgical uses.
