Bootcamp
Adult Fitness Swim
This fun, fast, and athletically challenging class works your entire
body. A mix of intervals and sports drills makes bootcamp the
ultimate in total body conditioning. A great class for anyone who’s
not-so-coordinated, but wants an intense, exciting workout.
Take advantage of these great sessions to fine tune your swimming
stroke and boost your endurance. We'll help you towards achieving
your personal best in the water.
Core 15
Cycle 30
Exercising in the water will improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular
strength and endurance. Water fitness provides a reduced impact
exercise alternative that is easy on the joints while the water’s
resistance and specialized equipment will create a challenging
workout perfect for all fitness levels.
Rev up your fitness program in this 30 minute cycle class. Beginner or
advanced, you can saddle up for some intervals, hills, sprints and more.

Fit 2.0
Pick Your Pace
We'll take you beyond traditional crunches in this 15 minute short
and sweet, but beneficial workout for your core and posture.
Take part in one of our 20 minute workouts and we will introduce
you to some great exercises with some of our favourite pieces of
equipment. It's great for new exercisers or those looking to add
something different to their workouts.
Deep/Shallow Water Aquatics
This older adult class varies in style, but the same fitness
components to help you stay strong and healthy are always there:
strength, cardio and core - presented with various intensity levels to
meet your needs.
Force
Pump and Walk
With strength, stamina and a strong will comes great FORCE.
This class offers all of it – strengthening exercises, core work and
cardiovascular fitness packaged in a cut-to-the-chase workout that
can be modified for all levels.
Walking and weights go hand-in-hand in this class. Join us on the
indoor track for one of the safest exercises you can do to help your
heart and lungs.
Step
Move better and make everyday activities easier with this fun, lower
intensity class that focuses on building energy, balance, strength and
mobility. Exercises are adaptable for everyone.
This step class combines athleticism and well-crafted
choreographed step patterns that flow. It's a workout that will
engage the mind-body connection while turning up your heart rate.
Strong
Strength is a state or a quality of being physically strong. This full
body resistance based class will build you up to be all that and more.
Squat, lunge, push, pull and press your way to STRONG!
Sweat
This full body conditioning class focuses on strength, stamina and
mobility. Be prepared to move! Sweat bands may be required.
Yoga
Improved flexibility enhances performance, allows you to perform
everyday activities with ease and prevents injury/chronic pain.
These Hatha-based yoga poses will wake your body, settle your
mind and help you find your breath.
Zumba™
Drop-in Zumba blends easy to follow dance moves with hypnotic
Latin and international rhythms to create a dynamic, feel-good
workout that is great for both the body and mind.
Strong and Steady
Young at Heart
Join this fun loving group for a shallow or deep water class filled with
lively music and low impact exercise.
Stretch 2.0
Take part in one of our 20 minute stretch sessions to learn new
stretches and to stretch out! It’s great for any exerciser and any
ability level.
All classes offer modified intensity options and are
45 minutes unless otherwise noted.
