Milky Way
Theme of the Week: May Flowers
This week we are learning about
“Flowers”. The babies are looking at
pictures of different flowers.
The Milky Way class would like to
welcome Mason & his family, we are
happy they can join us.
The babies are painting sunflowers,
daisies, and tulips.
Parents, if you would like to bring in
flowers to share with the classroom
please feel free to do so it would be
greatly appreciated.
In music we are singing and dancing to

Little & Big Dippers
Theme of the Week: Flowers
Hello parents! This week the children
are learning about “Flowers”. We are
looking at pictures of different types
of flowers.
In art the Little Dippers are making
handprint flowers and flowers using
artificial petals.
In art the Big Dippers are painting
flowers and painting with red and
pink to make different flowers.
In music we are learning and singing
the songs “Apples & Bananas” and
“The More We Get Together”.
Our word of the week is flower or
flor in Spanish.

Theme of the Week: Dinosaur
Our theme for this week is
“Dinosaurs”. We are learning about a
few different dinosaurs, fossils, and
how fossils are found.
In art we are going to be making our
own dinosaur fossils, dinosaur
footprints, and we are going to make
your own dinosaurs.
Outside we are digging for dinosaurs
and making mud fossils.
Parents, please join us any day
during the week between 10:30 or
11:00 to participate in an exciting
art activity with our class.

Theme of the Week: Camping
This week are theme is “Camping”.
We are talking to the children about
the different places you can go
camping and what you need to take
on a camping trip.
In art we are making campfires,
mountains, pine trees, and tents.
We turned home living into a camp
site with sleeping bags, a campfire,
and other props.
In science we are learning about hot
and cold temperatures.
