receive support from us for issues that arise in the operation of your Prophet 21 software.
Should we suspect that the virtualization layer is the cause of a support issue, you will need to contact your
VMware support provider to resolve the VMware issue.
While our Prophet 21 software is expected to function properly in a VMware virtual machine
environment, we do not warrant such performance and will not be liable to you in any way for the
failure of your Prophet 21 software to operate properly in a VMware virtual machine environment.
