“Credible Resources”
I don’t need street cred
Cuz I’m rocking the credible resources
Credible resources, let me tell you about it kids
Don’t believe everything you read on the internet
Before using it, evaluate it.
Determine if it’s really worth using.
Is it credible or is it shady?
Is it reputable or is it flaky?
How do you know if you can trust it?
When the internet is full of baloney.
First off, ask yourself who’s the author?
What’s they’re credentials? Are they a doctor?
Or another expert in the field.
Are their qualifications for real?
Do they even know what they talking about
Or are they spitting hot air outta their mouth
Like pigs can fly and dinosaurs are alive
Hey that’s not credible, that’s a lie.
I don’t need street cred
Cuz I’m rocking the credible resources
If the author checks out, then you need to find out
Where they got the info that they writing bout.
Can you back it up with other articles
Written by reputable professionals.
Is the research current? Is it up to date?
Or from way back when like back in the day.
Cuz if it is, then it’s probably pretty old.
And it’s safe bet that it’s not credible.
But if it ain’t, well then that’s a good sign.
Current research is whatcha wanna cite.
Soild resources that you can use.
Are dot GOV and dot EDU.
There’s a lot gobbledygook on the internet.
Never forget to check who published it.
Cuz a paper can be ruined just like that
From citing a source with faulty facts.
I don’t need street cred
Cuz I’m rocking the credible resources
