A great workout in the deep end of the pool targeting cardiovascular training and muscular endurance using aqua belts, gloves, and dumb-bells. Every muscle will be worked! Fun movements in shallow water to work out your body without the strain and pain of landbased exercise. Get your heart pumpin’ as you dance your way to fitness in this fun class designed to get you movin’ and groovin’. A high energy class that allows you to find your inner Rocky by jabbing, punching, and kicking your way to an improved fitness level. Class will focus on learning form and technique and then incorporate boxing gloves and mitts. Fuses both traditional cycling and off-bike circuit training moves to create a perfect, wellbalanced rider. Learn the indoor cycling techniques of riding flats and hills to build lower body strength and endurance to improve your individual fitness level. The energy is high and music is motivating. A 30-minute class focusing on various abdominal, oblique, and low back exercises to improve core strength. This class offers more of a cardiovascular challenge by keeping the body in motion through simple warm-up movements into Sun Salutations and a sequence of postures/exercises from YogaFit level one yoga classes. Come to build muscular flexibility, strength and mental focus. HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training! In this 30-minute class we’ll use boxing gloves and mitts to perform drills going all-out, 100% effort, for a quick intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. Certified Insanity LIVE instructors will take you through a killer workout that includes agility training, cardio conditioning, and total body strength drills. Pilates Sunrise Yoga Strength Training TRX Strength Vortex Wellness Yoga Yoga Basics Yoga Flow Yo-Pi Zumba Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Ease into your day with progressive yoga movements that activate your flexibility and breathing for a positive start to the day. A full-body, weight training class using barbells, dumbbells, and other strength equipment that will leave every muscle “pumped up.” TRX (Total body Resistance eXercise) uses a suspension trainer to leverage gravity and body weight to create strength exercises that build lean muscle. This class will include a variety of functional exercises to help you get in the best shape of your life. This class utilizes intervals against a circular current in the Vortex pool to get you in tip top shape. A therapeutic style of yoga that emphasizes linking breath with movement and modification of postures for a health and wellness effect. This is a great class for individuals new to yoga and/or having neck or back health issues. An introduction to the basic yoga movements, called postures, and breath work done in a gradual progressive manner. Great introductory course! Yoga Flow is a vinyasa style class that offers continuous movement in and out of postures linked with the breath. The goal of the class is to progressively build intensity into deeper postures before unwinding into a much needed relaxation ending. This class blends the graceful movement of yoga with the foundational exercises of Pilates to get a fun mind-body workout. Great moves and music are what you’ll experience in these Latin-inspired dance routines with a fitness twist. INTERMEDIATE Boot Camp You’ll sweat, scream & persevere to earn those amazing fitness gains with calisthenics, plyometrics, agility drills, and basic training military exercises that demand "the best you’ve got!" Yoga Sculpt Yoga Sculpt is a total body workout combining yoga sequencing with weight training. The class is set to high energy music, gives the option to use light free weights, and includes exercises such as push-ups and squats. Yoga Strength Explore the edges of your physical and mental strength with a class that progresses postures toward fun standing and arm balance postures that condition and transform your body/mind/spirit into a new sense of strength!! Previous experience in yoga required. ADVANCED Boot Camp You’ll sweat, scream & persevere to earn those amazing fitness gains with calisthenics, plyometrics, agility drills, and basic training military exercises that demand "the best you’ve got!" Cross Training Come challenge your strength and cardiovascular abilities by executing various functional Fitness movements at high intensities.
