Description: Trail connection between River Rock community and the City of Belgrade across the
interstate. An alternative crossing for pedestrians under the interstate between River Rock and Belgrade
is a long term project. This project would be expensive and require the support of both Montana
Department of Transportation and the Federal Highways Administration.
No specific crossing point is recommended that this time; however it is critical to keep this connection in
mind for future infrastructure improvements to the interstate system and Amsterdam Road.
