The undersigned has the honour to report:
THAT application has been received for
reinstatement and renewal of Coal Licence No. 20 issued under
the provisions of the "Coal Act", Chapter 209, Revised Statutes
of British Columbia, 1948, held in the name of Reschke Coal
Company, covering the North half of Lot 1102 and Lot 1102A,
Peace River District, containing 640 acres, which expired on
November 24th, 1949.
THAT the licensee has made payment of
the required fees.
AND TO RECOMMEND THAT under the provisions
of Subsection 2 of Section 5 of the "Coal Act"? Coal Licence
No. 20 be reinstated and renewed in favour of Reschke Coal Company
from November 25th, 1949 through to November 25th, 1954.
