Tax Senior Manager
OVERVIEW
Matt serves as a senior manager in Wolf’s Tax Department where he provides tax planning,
provision, and compliance services to corporations and partnerships. He is also responsible for
managing a team of professionals to ensure that all tax services are tailored to the individual
needs of his clients.
Matt is a certified public accountant with a master’s degree in taxation and has over eight years of
experience in providing tax and compliance services to corporations and partnerships, with a
focus in the manufacturing and distribution, technology, and life sciences industries. Prior to
joining Wolf, Matt was a Senior Manager in the international tax group of a Big 4 accounting
firm.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Matt regularly advises clients on a variety of issues including ASC 740 accounting for income
taxes, tax minimization planning, accounting methods, tax attributes preservation, tax
implications of cross-border transactions, post-merger integration, repatriation strategies, cross
border financing arrangements, and mitigation of foreign tax presence exposures.
