Hi. I’m Chef Larry Bellah,
Executive Chef for Spaghetti
Warehouse. Frankly, we don’t
take the word “Incredible”
lightly when it comes to
describing our 15-Layer
Lasagne. It truly is incredible.
We take great pride in every
detail of every serving of our
Lasagne. We even take three
days, that’s right, three days to
prepare our Lasagne. We do
this to ensure every order of
Lasagne is perfect every time.
All of our ingredients are
made from scratch. And we
build our Lasagne using ricotta,
Romano and mozzarella
cheeses and our House Made
Italian Sausage from a special
recipe of ground pork. The
Italian sausage in our
Lasagne and tomato sauce
are made fresh every day.
Our signature Spaghetti
Warehouse flavor comes
from our special tomato
sauce blend of basil,
oregano, rosemary, thyme,
spearmint and marjoram.
We simmer our sauce for
hours to get just the right
flavor.
