LogRhythm Training Registration Process and Course Schedules To Sign In and Register for a Course 1. Single Sign On (SSO): a. The link below contains details on how to setup your Single Sign On (SSO) so that you may access course offerings, training materials, Support Portal and more. Make sure to follow all instructions fully and feel free to contact us if you have any issues! i. b. Log into LogRhythm University via the SSO instructions found here: https://logrhythm.com/services/single-sign-on-faq/ i. 2. Important note: Internet Explorer does not utilize the full functionality of the LogRhythm University site.. We recommend using Mozilla or Google Chrome when accessing the site. Once logged into the SSO, click on the LogRhythm University button. Required Next Steps once in the LogRhythm University: a. So that all future sessions you register for are in the correct time zone, please update which time zone you work in. You may do this by going to the Menu option in the upper left side of the training website. Once in the Menu, click on Show Profile, update your Time Zone and click Save. If you do not do this, your class(es) may not show in the correct time zone. i. You will also want to enter your First and Last name, as well as your company name. b. As a pre-requisite to any future instructor led LogRhythm courses, you will need to complete the Introduction to LogRhythm computer-based training (CBT) course. When you log into the LMS, you may find this course by searching for “Introduction to LogRhythm: What is a SIEM?” in the course catalogue. You may subscribe to the course, then click the “Play” button to start it. c. To register for instructor led course, search for the courses you wish to attend either on your welcome page or by using the search tool, and click the Moderated Self-Registration button to register for the session you wish to attend for each course. Please note that if you elect to attend all courses in a track, you will need to register for each individual course separately. To allow time to register attendees for a particular session, all registrations must be in by the end of the day on Wednesday the week prior to the scheduled session date. Any registrations submitted after this time will automatically be declined. LogRhythm Training Track Descriptions & Schedules **Courses in tracks are merely grouped as they are recommended, but all courses are not required. An attendee may take one, two, or all courses in a track. Each course must be registered for individually as listed below. Combined 7.2 Administrator & Analyst Track Course Options (Tokens needed: 8 per person/day for Virtual, 10 per person/day for In-Person): All courses run 8:30 – 17:00 at the location specified in the session name for in-person trainings and in the time zone specified in the session name for virtual trainings. Both are found in the LogRhythm University site when the course is selected. Day 1: Administration Fundamentals Day 2: Global Administration – Administration Fundamentals is a pre-requisite Day 3: AI Engine Fundamentals (AIE) Administrator Track Scheduling: o In the Americas, we run the courses in Mountain and Eastern Times once a month, at a minimum. We run Pacific Time only as needed. This means there are some quarters that will not run any Pacific Time training sessions. The participant would need to log into the courses directly to view if any sessions are currently offered in Pacific Time. o In the EMEA region, the track runs every other month opposite of the in-person training schedule. o All other region, this track is ran as needed. This means that some quarters these courses may not be published in some regions.
