DIRECTIONS FOR COMBERTON VILLAGE COLLEGE
The most direct route to Comberton is via the M11. From the South the M11 is the
most direct route, from all other directions the best route to the M11 is via the A14,
where it joins the M11 at Cambridge. Please note that the A14 has average speed
cameras along its whole length from Huntingdon to Cambridge.
From the West, take the slip road off the M11 at Junction 12 (watch the road coming
from behind your right hand shoulder just before the roundabout). At the roundabout
take the third exit marked A603 towards Royston. You will cross over the M11 and then
come to a small roundabout, where you need to go straight over. If you are coming
from the South, take the first left at the roundabout at the top of the slip road. Just
after the roundabout look out for two signs for a "Rifle Range" and then take the next
right turn, signposted B1046 to Comberton. Stay on this road for about 3 miles until
you come to Comberton Village and carry on through the village. You should see the
big Village College on your left just as you start leaving the village. Ignore the IN and
OUT/NO ENTRY signs. Just after the OUT sign there is another entrance, by some
bollards. Turn into the entrance and park in the car park on your left, which is the
easier of the two for access to the Sports Hall. The Sports Hall is straight ahead,
through the gap to the left of the swimming pool/Squash Courts.
