referred to as The Photographer) and to any natural or legal person to whom he / she authorize,
directly or indirectly, as its assignee, in the immediate or future, the permission and the full right to
publish photographs and videos of my face and body captured by The Photographer, both in fixed
and mobile images, for artistic or advertising purposes, (hereinafter the content), in any format or
technique of graphic or audiovisual representation.
I agree that all rights to the content, including copyrights, are and remain the exclusive property of
The Photographer, free from any claims by me or anyone acting on my behalf.
The perpetual rights of The Photographer include, but are not limited to: using and publishing
content as often as you wish; alter, modify or change the content in any way; combining the content
with textual material and / or other images and / or media; use the content for reproduction in any
media, in publications, exhibitions, artistic illustrations, advertisements and other related uses.
I hereby release and disclaim liability to The Photographer or his heirs, legal representatives and
assigns, and all persons acting under his authority or those for whom he is acting, from any liability
under the application of the content or any change or modification made thereto. I waive any right
to inspect or approve the finished product. In the event that the content is published in royalty free
mode, exonerator of liability to The Photographer and its assignees for any undue, defamatory or
pornographic alteration that may be made by the final purchasers of the images.
I affirm that I am over 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to sign this document, which I
have read prior to its validity, and I am fully aware of the content of the document and its legal
implications. This permit will be binding on me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
