Smooth Pour Ales
Unlike regular carbonated beers, these ales are nitrogenated with a
mix of nitrogen and carbon dioxide resulting in the classic cascading
pour and a sublimely smooth finish.
Coventry Cream
3 Spires Ale
Oatmeal stout that’s rich,
smooth and malty.
This
stout has a nice robust
flavor with slight hints of
chocolate.
An English style bitter
characterized by a rich
creamy head, boisterous
body, robust flavor and a
beautiful pleasing red color.
Generously hopped English
golden ale served as a nitrosmooth
pour
for
an
unparalleled silk finish with a
lingering
hop
presence.

Bishop’s Breakfast
Hand Pumped Ales
These cask-conditioned ales are taken directly from the fermenting
vessel with no further processing.
The yeast continues to ferment in
the cask giving the ale a low level of carbonation resulting in the
calm pour when served using our traditional English hand pumps.
These
beers are served at 54.F for maximum flavor profile.

Brewer’s Choice Cask
A general term for what is
perhaps
the
highest
expression of the brewer’s
craft. Medium in body and
alcohol with a lingering floral
hop finish.

Pagan Porter
Old Habit
A classic English porter,
medium bodied with a smooth
mouth feel and with slight
hints of licorice and chocolate.
Hopped with English Fuggle.

Crystal and chocolate malts give this beer a slightly
sweet character with hints of chocolate and

Biere De Garde
Big and bold with a complex malt character,
this Scottish style ale is full bodied with an
underlying sweetness and hints of smoked
and peat malts in the finish.
This ale is red in color with a complex
malt character which combines with the
phenolic characters derived from Belgian
Ale Yeast to give the best of both worlds!

120 pounds of honey, providing a can’t
miss sweetness you have to try.

Cherry Blossom Ale
A Wheat Ale fermented with a generous amount of pureed cherries and moderately
hopped with American Cascade, English First Gold and Czech Saaz. This red ale finishes
with an underlying sweetness, a lingering hop and balance between malt and cherry.

Steve, a long time professional brewer
from
Coventry,
England,
has
a
diploma
in
brewing
from
the
Institute of Brewing Studios in London.
The Brew House equipment was imported from the United Kingdom
in the early 90s and uses a single step mash infusion process
with traditional open fermentation.
The malt and hops are
imported to guarantee that you are drinking the most genuine
English Style Ales outside the U.K.

The Pratt Street Ale House has 5 rotating guest taps featuring
interesting beers from other breweries both regional and national.
We change these beers not only to support other breweries but to
