Uses For Pineapple Chutney
Add to yogurt for breakfast or use as a spread on
toast/English Muffins.
Add to your country ham and biscuits
Serve a spoonful on grilled mahi mahi,
tilapia or crab cakes.
Use as a perfect glaze for turkey, chicken, duck or
ham.
Serve as a condiment with Indian and
Asian dishes.
Add to your cheese platters, serve with cream
cheese, or with baked brie as hors d’oeuvres.
Serve as a topping on grilled tuna/salmon.

Pineapple Chutney
Chicken Salad
1/2 cup KSS Pineapple Chutney
1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
2 teaspoons lime zest
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
4 cups diced cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup sliced grapes
Sliced almonds or pecans (optional)
Makes 4 servings.

In shallow baking pan, spread
almonds or pecans in single layer.
Bake at 350 degree oven 5-10 minutes
or until the nuts are light golden brown.
Combine chutney, mayo/yogurt, lime
zest & juice, salt and curry power.
Add chicken, grapes and toasted nuts;
toss gently to coat.
Serve on your choice of bread or
lettuce.
