Pray as church planters, Frank and Relda Akkerman, transition to a new ministry and Northern Lights finds
a way to thrive in their absence (especially in these next few months). Pray for God's guidance and a sense
of purpose and confirmation of their need in the community of Iroquois Falls. Pray for Frank and Relda's
new journey of faith to Elkford, BC as they begin school and half time ministry where they will be farther
away from family!

Forward Church Huron Park, Kitchener - Derik & Amanda Fuller
On March 27th we celebrated our 4th anniversary as a church. It’s amazing to
think that four years ago this community of people didn’t exist. Praise God for 2
new community groups that started this fall and for our recent baptism service.
We are in an area of the city where rental space is hard to come by and space to
lease or buy that is zoned for churches is almost non-existent, so please pray for a
more consistent and suitable location for our Sunday morning gatherings.

Pray for God’s continued provision for the growth of the church through the efforts of
our people and the power of the Holy Spirit.

The Family Christian Church, Pickering - Zhernan & Bernadette Dagdag
Prasie God for the salvation of one of the families who attended the church’s Christmas
Party. They are now meeting with Pastor Zhernan for weekly discipleship and their
daughter is attending youth group. Pray for God’s provision, more leaders, unity, and
spiritual growth of the church family. Pray also that they would reflect God’s love as they
participate in Community Service.
Liberty Grace Church, Liberty Village, Toronto - Darryl & Charlene Dash
Praise God that he seems to be giving us good favour in the community. We see newcomers
almost every week. Please pray for us as we look for new worship leaders, and as we plan
outreach for the summer. Please also pray that we will receive a grant from the government
to hire summer students to help with outreach. Please also pray for Darryl as he continues to
fundraise for the church.
Forward City Church, Chatham - Marc & Marcia Soto
Join with us in celebrating that 3 people have received Christ in the past few months; one of
our men has been drug free for 9 months and in that time God has repaired his marriage and
brought healing to his relationship with his estranged daughter; and we were donated a
house to use for God’s glory! Please pray with us for leadership development and that 10
people would receive Christ by June.
Maple Baptist Church, Maple – Nars & Melissa Tuyadang
From this growing church plant in Maple, a Bible Study Group in Guelph was started last
July, and they are working towards starting Worship Services in 2016. Please pray for a
place to rent and more contacts.
Truth Community Church, Thamesford - Shawn & Juanita Robinson
Please pray for continued fruit from our March Break VBS and the follow-up in the
community we are doing using Christianity Explored. Please also pray for our young adults
as the Lord is working in their hearts and many of them are seeking Christ with a real passion!

Jesus Light of the World Arabic Evangelical Church, Ottawa- Richard & Nazira Raya
Please pray for us as a church, that God would open doors with the new Syrian & Iraquian
refugees. Please pray as we provide food, visit them, and have bible studies. About 30
families are covered by these ministries and some of them are attending our weekly
worship. Pray for fruit from our March Break Kids Camp where we ministered to over 30
families. There is a real need for transportation for those we minister to, so pray that this
need will be met and that many will come to know Jesus as Lord and Saviour.

Now into our 2nd year, we continue to marvel at the Lord’s blessing as we partner with
Him in advancing His Kingdom in Shelburne. Each Sunday we are welcoming new
families to our community, and watching the Holy Spirit draw people to the Father. We
have seen Him especially work in a unique way in the lives of young parents, seeking to
lead their families spiritually.
Please pray for continued fruit in the lives of those He is drawing to Himself, and that Jesus would continue
to transform lives in our region. Also, please be in prayer as we continue to meet on Sunday's at our local
High School, and are imagining how we can have a mid-week presence in our community

The Meadows in Mississauga - Graeme & Julie Melvin
God continues to make inroads into our predominately Muslim neighbourhood in
Mississauga. We were amazed to have almost 200 of our neighbours at our Christmas
Party, the majority of our guests being Muslim or Hindu. Our people are growing in
making new relationships to share the gospel in word and deed. Please pray for salvation to
come through our new friendships, as well as more labourers for the harvest!
Emmanuel Orillia- Dave & Chantel Whitelaw
This new site is now averaging 190 people and growing by people surrendering their lives to
Christ and getting connected into the life of the church. The church is also growing by serving
their community (retirement home, homeless shelter, hospital, outreach). They are now looking
to grow by adding some intentional programming. Please pray for wisdom as they best use their
resources and pray that they may continue to build the church through their Sunday Gathering,
community groups, and serving Orillia.
Royal York Baptist Church ReLaunch, Etobicoke- Ken & Emily Stravens
As we work towards breathing new life into Royal York Baptist Church, we are thankful for
the partnership we have with Richview Baptist Church and the young adults from Upper
Room Ministry who are helping lead worship and outreach. We are thankful for the new
people that have joined RYBC and for the restructuring of the church leadership. Please
pray as we are trusting God for 20 new families. Pray as we seek to connect and reach out to our
community. Pray for the financial support needing to be raised and for wisdom in the challenges of
revitalizing RYBC.
First Filipino Baptist Church Scarborough- Garner & Stephanie Macasaling
This church launched on March 29, 2015 with 30 people and has grown to a regular
attendance between 50-60 people. Praise God for their growth and continue to pray as they
reach out to their community that God will save many more lives.
Grace Community Church, Marathon- Bill & Geri Morgan
The northern town of Marathon, ON is very spiritually dead! Please pray for an
awakening and for Bill as he follows up with a new family that came out to visit the
church, which was a very big deal!

Please pray as this new church continues to grow in numbers and for the planter/pastor that has been
selected to lead this congregation. Pray that there will be a great adjustment and much fruit in winning
souls for Christ.
Montreal Arabic - Hisham & Najwa Morgan
Thank you for your prayers and we are thankful for the freedom to preach the gospel here in
this country. Pray for our pamphlet distribution in the Metro. Pray for fruit to come from our
street ministry on April 1st. Pray for every single family that has joined our church. Pray for
the transportation needs among the refugees, and that we will have strength, grace and
protection from Satan’s opposition to the gospel.

Launched in November 2015, TBC involves many military families who face unique

strong spiritually as well; that these soldiers and their families might act as gospel missionaries, here in
Petawawa, and anywhere else God may call them to.

Please pray for this church plant started to reach out to the Spanish Community of Ottawa,
especially for the youth and children. It is the desire of Pastor Eufemio to plan a retreat
with the youth from all the Spanish churches of Ontario, so pray that this will be a fruitful
endeavour.

Please pray for my wife and me, that our love for God and each other will grow deeper and
we may remain faithful as we minister to the flock that God entrusted to us; that my
children would grow and be faithful in HIM; that the church will be faithful in bringing

Since our launch, we have seen our target deomographic of broken families being
reached. We have been given open doors in the community and we have had
opportunities to share our vision with local churches.

Launched on February 7, 2016, this new church plant out of Grace Bible Church
International is praising God for all He has done! Pray for:
-Continuous anointing from God and sensitivity to the leading of the Holy Spirit as we
move on.
-More knowledge, wisdom & discernment from God as we win, evangelize and disciple people.
-Spiritual growth of IM members marked by more passion for Christ and more love & compassion for
people.

OTHER NEWS:
Church of the City, Guelph - Matt & Andrea Naismith/ James & Karen Bast
Formerly “Church of the Ward” and “Forward Willow”, these two church plants have
joined forces to better reach the city of Guelph. Please pray as they begin 'hubs' training sessions to launch new missional communities. They are hoping to launch 5
new neighbourhood missional communities by the fall with solid leadership. Pray for
finances as they seek to honour Christ with good stewardship and a big vision of
planting in the next two years. Pray for a cohort of young men they are starting to
develop to train planters and missionaries to launch new church plants and overseas
missions. Pray for unity to continue as they have brought two families together and are
loving each other in Christ
Pray for Darryl Dash as he directs the Advance Church Planting Institute and for
the students who attend. Weekly training and coaching is held each Saturday
with guest speakers on topics to equip our urban church planters. Pray that more
students will be recruited so that more churches can be planted in Toronto.

Please pray for Bechara, who is serving as a church planter at large to the Arabic
Community on behalf of FEB Central. He is involved in recruiting and training church
planters and leadership teams and acts as our liaison to the Arab Community.
Church Planting, FEB Central – Tom Haines, Director
Please pray for Tom as he oversees church planting in FEB Central. Pray for the
recruitment of new church planters, for financial resources as God is opening many new
doors, and for wisdom in helping planters and churches get going in their mission to reach
the lost for Christ.
“The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out
