Light of My Life
You are cordially invited to the Light of My Life memory tree dedication on Friday, December 2, 2016,
at 6:30 p.m. on the Village Green in Homer, NY. All are welcome to remember and honor loved ones,
and to attend this celebration.
For a donation of $5 or more, a symbolic light will be placed on the tree in memory and honor of a
loved one. The tree will remain lit throughout the holiday season as a shining tribute. Loved ones’
names will be displayed on a board on the Green and on our website www.CortlandLightOfMyLife.org
If you wish to have names displayed for the December 2nd
dedication, this form must be received at the Cortland
office no later than November 22nd. Donations will be
accepted throughout the holiday season and the display
boards and website will be updated December 16th.
Giving Levels
$ 5 - $24, the name will be in black
$25 - $49, the name will be in green
$50 - $74, the name will be in blue
$75 - $99, the name will be in red
$100 or more, the name will be in gold
These donations will help support our families, friends, co-workers and neighbors in Cortland County
who are dealing with end-of-life issues or grieving the loss of a loved one, so please give generously.
