Cake and ice cream are the only items allowed with any food
order. Refrigerator and/or freezer space are available at no extra
charge.
“Bring Your Own Food” Option
Want to bring in your own food and beverages instead? No
problem! A party area rental fee of $4 per person will be assessed,
based upon the confirmed guest total.
Paper Goods
Please provide your own paper goods (plates, bowls, cups, eating
and serving utensils, etc.). Menu items and prices are subject to
change without notice.
 All outside entertainment must be pre-approved by
BVMPZ’s management.
 BVMPZ is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen mer-
chandise, articles and personal belongings prior to, during or
following the party.
 The party coordinator is responsible for any damage, loss or
liability incurred to BVMPZ property by any attending/invited guests or organizations contracted.
 Gratuity: Covers set up and clean up of party areas.
 Catered Food: 15% is added to the total food cost.
 Own Food: Included in $4 per person fee.
 Payment
 Party coordinator is responsible for settling the bill.
 VISA and MasterCard credit cards are accepted.
 Personal checks are accepted for party deposit only.
