New Pastor
Bishop Frank J. Caggiano is pleased to announce that Father Sudhir Dsouza has been
appointed the fourth Pastor of St Philip Church effective February 1, 2017. Fr. Sudhir has been
serving at St Philip since February 1, 2013 and is actually a priest for the mission diocese of
Varanasi located in North India. He was ordained on April 19, 2005 and has been serving in the
diocese of Bridgeport for the past nine years. He expects to serve as the Pastor of St Philip for six
years before he returns to his home diocese.
