Narrative by Corporal Alfredo Prado:
Incident:
On Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at approximately 1655 hours, Animation Production Accounting employee Stamford Cullen,
reported that his car hit on the right fender.
Victim Statement:
"I noticed that my car had a dent on the right fender and was possibly hit by a white car."
Investigation:
On Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at approximately 1825 hours, Security Officer Daniel Lieamvong notified Corporal Alfredo
Prado to respond to the TCSOB Lobby and meet with employee Stamford Cullen to take an incident report. Corporal
Alfredo Prado and Stamford Cullen responded to the parking structure to take pictures and information of the location of
the vehicle.
Mr. Cullen arrived to TCSOB at approximately 0945hrs and parked in the parking structure. At approximately 1245 hours,
he departed from the parking structure to go to lunch and returned at approximately 1415 hours. He backed his vehicle
into the parking space 284 stall D11, located in the TCSOB Parking structure level 2/3. The vehicle was not moved until
1930 hours, when he noticed the dent.
There were no other reported damages to the vehicle and no witnesses to the incident.
