Android™ 4.1: Jelly Bean
Keeping you ahead of your day.
We’re upgrading your phone to Android™ 4.1 Jelly Bean,
the latest Android operating system, packed with new features to help you tackle
your busy day. Jelly Bean improves on the simplicity and beauty of Android 4.0 and
introduces a new Google™ Search experience. No matter what life throws your way,
your phone helps you stay one step ahead.
What’s new and cool
What you need to know,
before you have to ask.
Google Voice Search™:
The new way t o search.
Notifications you
can act on.
Once you opt in, Google Now™ tells
you today’s weather before you
start your day, how much traffic to
expect before you leave for work,
when the next train will arrive as
you’re standing on the platform, or
your favorite team’s scores while
they’re playing. And the best part?
All notifications are generated
automatically and in real-time, before
you even have to ask.
Need an answer fast? Now you can
just speak your question directly to
your phone. “Do I need an umbrella
today?” “Where is the nearest gym?”
Your phone will speak back the
answer, or run a quick search to get
you exactly the info you need.
Now you can take action directly
from the notifications shade. Late
for a meeting? Email everyone to let
them know. Missed a call? Call them
back in an instant. And because
they’re expandable, you can get an
even deeper look into the things that
matter most, like multiple emails or
photos on Google+™.
