It is that time of year to make your plans for attending the 2013 National ACRY Convention.
We are very excited to be hosting this year’s event in Chicago and hope you all will join us!
Enclosed are all the pertinent forms for finalizing your plans.
The forms include a meal order form, an ad booklet form, delegate forms,, and the junior parental
consent form. Special to this year’s convention is a sightseeing trip to downtown Chicago on
Saturday afternoon followed by an educational presentation at Holy Trinity Orthodox Cathedral.
There are two options provided for the sightseeing trip. Sightseeing
seeing forms are provided and must
be filled out in order to select each person’s desired option.
In addition to this mailing, the forms are also available on the organization’ss website at
www.acrod.org under the 2013 Convention
Convention. Please follow the directions included for filling out
the forms. All forms and checks should be mailed to St. Michael’s ACRY at 7313 N. Waukegan
Road, Niles, IL 60714-4321.. The deadline for returning all forms is August 1, 2013.

cooperation in returning the forms by the due date will be much appreciated. A pre-addressed

envelope has been included for your convenience.
Information is included for
or making hotel reservations. All reservations must be made by
August 9, 2013 to receive the group rate. After August 9, 2013, regular room rates will apply.
Chapter 68 has been working really hard over the last year
year, fundraising and planning,

make this convention both reasonably priced and a great event. We have two ongoing
fundraisers. First, a 50/50 raffle will be held during Sunday’s banquet. We have enclosed a few
tickets to be sold in advance. Please return the ticket stub

at the address listed above.. Additional tickets will be available at the Convention. Second, to
celebrate the 30 year anniversary of the Junior ACRY, Chapter 68 will be selling
commemorative t-shirts.
