Discussed All Stars: Teams and Uniform Package – motioned by Roger, 2nd by Ron, approved unanimously

7 Teams: Baseball – 9/10yr, 10/11yr, 11/12yr, and intermediate. Softball – 9/10yr, 10/11yr,
and juniors.
•
Coaches: 1 Manager, 2 Assistants – Coaching selection committee makes recommendation,
president makes selection, and board approves per by laws.
•
Uniform Package (quote needed by Christina/Elizabeth): Jersey w/patches installed, pants,
hats/visors, coaches' hats, coahces' polos, pins, 1 box of game balls per team.

75th Anniversary Rocker Patches (Christina and Elizabeth 'together' have the option to only
select basic patch for softball if the fit or look is not what looks best)
Cost of All Stars – motioned by Roger, 2nd by Ron, approved by majority vote

Number of teams x 13(players) = Total number of players
•
Uniform package cost ÷ number of players = Fee for All Stars
All Star Process and Uniforms Selection
• Coaches meet, rank players, and make selections.
• Announcements given no sooner than 15 days before start of tournaments.
• Baseball All Stars: Start June 27
• Softball All Stars: Start June 20th

Design of both Baseball and Softball All Star uniforms recommendations presented by Christina. Motion
to go with Christina's uniform selections by Roger, 2nd by Katie, approved unanimously.
Motion for Roger to use SVLL debit card to purchase Little League patches by Roger, 2nd by Christina,
approved unanimously.
Fall Ball
• Dustin created proposal for Fall Ball registration fees, presented by Roger. Motion to approve by Roger,
2nd by Ron, approved unanimously.
