• The possession, consumption, or selling of any type of any amount of
alcoholic beverages is strictly probated in any on-campus residential
facility regardless of a student’s age.

Overnight guest requires advance (3 days) approval from the Resident Director or
Community Support Associate.
A resident may not host an overnight guest in student housing without the prior
consent of all roommates/suitemates.
A resident may not host an overnight guest of the opposite sex.
A resident may not host an overnight guest under the age of 18 years old.
No overnight guest will be allowed to stay more than three (3) consecutive nights
A resident is only allowed to host a maximum of one (1) same-sex overnight guest at a
time.
A resident may only host a maximum of two (2) overnight guest requests per semester.

Must have the following to apply for housing:
• Must have Pre-Registered for Fall 2015 classes
• Must have Bronco Username (Email) and password – To find out your FSU username, e-mail
address, and password, visit the Current Students page of the FSU website. Look under
Information Technology Resources for "Look Up Network/E-mail Account."

Must NOT have any university conduct holds. Frist-time students that have conduct holds will
receive this information from the admissions office.
Steps to Apply for Housing:
• Step 1: Pay $125 Non-Refundable Housing Application Fee – Cashier’s Office – Lilly Gym
Bring receipt to Department of Residence Life, located in Williams Hall for verification
• Step 2: Complete Housing Forms – Online – Department of Residence Life website - Click “My
Bronco Portal” to start the process. http://www.uncfsu.edu/reslife
• Step 3: Select Your Room
